Ixoe

 

Ixóe is a scientist on her home world of O’zó and also classified as a “Gifted One” with the abilities to manipulate the abundant energy in her planet’s atmosphere through her body. On her world she worked closely with Eshó who sits on the World Council and is the father of Benjamin Lathan. Her mission on Earth is watch over Ben and be his guide to his new life.
